IMS Coordinator

About the role

Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements. Ensure proper Quality Assurance (QA) practices and maintain all related documentation, records, procedures, and work instructions. Coordinate calibration activities for measuring and inspection instruments and maintain accurate calibration records.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements
• Ensure proper Quality Assurance (QA) practices and maintain all related documentation, records, procedures, and work instructions
• Coordinate calibration activities for measuring and inspection instruments and maintain accurate calibration records
• Prepare and maintain Management Review Meeting (MRM) documents, reports, presentations, and action trackers
• Support supplier evaluation activities and conduct supplier audits whenever required
