Industrial Engineer (P2)

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join the Central Industrial Engineering team. This role will lead high-impact initiatives focused on capacity modeling, factory scheduling, cycle time reduction, operations research, and productivity improvement across ADI's front-end manufacturing network.

What you'll do

• Lead development of cross-site capacity models, utilization analyses, loading scenarios, and expansion planning studies
• Drive cycle time reduction and WIP optimization initiatives through Factory Physics methodologies, bottleneck analysis, and constraint management
• Develop and maintain advanced analytical tools supporting factory scheduling, output optimization, and operational decision making
• Perform operations research and statistical analyses to identify key output levers and productivity improvement opportunities
• Design and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and AI-enabled analytical solutions for manufacturing applications

What you need
