Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Analyst provides day-to-day IT infrastructure support both onsite and remotely. The role focuses on resolving IT incidents and service requests, supporting IT systems and equipment, maintaining assets, implementing changes, and coordinating with global IT teams and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Provide support for IT incidents and user requests through the IT service management system
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, mobile devices, phones, and related software
• Support servers, networks (LAN/WAN), UPS systems, switches, backups, and monitoring tools
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams and vendors to resolve critical issues
• Maintain computer rooms, data rooms, racks, and cabling infrastructure

What you need

• 2–5 years in it support & networking
• Windows
• Troubleshooting
• Networking
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA

Good to have

• ITIL
