Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in IT Sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outbound sales activities, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective leads through various channels
• Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and requirements
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions between prospects and sales representatives
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
