About the role

The Integration Support Engineer plays a critical role in Increff’s customer onboarding and post-go-live success. This role focuses on integrating customer systems with Increff’s platform, supporting API-based integrations, ensuring smooth hypercare, and maintaining long-term integration stability.

What you'll do

Customer Onboarding & Training
Own technical onboarding of new customers, including integration setup, validation, and readiness for go-live
Conduct training sessions for customer technical and operations teams on integrations, APIs, and workflows
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders during onboarding and hypercare phases
