What you'll do

• Work with a cross-functional team of skilled electrical and mechanical engineers
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through prototype build milestones and New Product Introduction (NPI) phases
• Develop, maintain, and track complex engineering hardware schedules, critical path milestones, and project budgets
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate technical, operational, and supply risks across key electrical and mechanical sub-systems
• Establish structure and clear priorities in dynamic, evolving engineering environments while navigating ambiguity to keep development on schedule

What you need

• 4–7 years in consulting & strategy
• Circuit design
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc

Good to have

• Project management
