About the role

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with GMP, in-process checks, and quality systems during all stages of manufacturing and packing. The IPQA role ensures that every step in production meets the defined quality standards, thereby maintaining product safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging activities
• Verify line clearance before starting any batch to ensure absence of previous product/material
• Monitor critical process parameters, yield reconciliation, and in-process sampling
• Review and ensure proper completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) in real-time
• Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements

What you need

• 1–4 years in pharma & medical sales
