IQC Engineer

About the role

The IQC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials, components, packaging materials, and consumables meet defined quality standards and customer requirements before release to production. The role involves incoming inspection, supplier quality monitoring, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement activities to support semiconductor assembly and test operations.

What you'll do

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, substrates, leadframes, IC packaging materials, chemicals, adhesives, trays, reels, and consumables
• Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformance (COC), and inspection reports
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using quality tools and measuring equipment
• Ensure inspection activities are completed per sampling plans and quality procedures
• Quality Control & Compliance

What you need

• 5–9 years in electrical & electronics
• Root cause analysis
• ISO 9001
• IATF 16949
• Safety management
• SPC
• B.Tech or B.E.
