IT Cybersecurity Technical Analyst

About the role

Responsible for performing technical cybersecurity analysis and risk review activities to help protect company technology, systems, applications, and data. Reviews software, third-party solutions, technology projects, and security documentation to identify potential security risks and ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.

What you'll do

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for software, applications, third-party vendors, technology solutions, and IT projects
• Review technical and security documentation to identify vulnerabilities, control gaps, and potential technology risks
• Evaluate security controls related to access management, encryption, vulnerability management, logging, data protection, privacy, and third-party security
• Document risk findings, recommendations, mitigation requirements, and assessment decisions clearly and consistently
• Coordinate with vendors, business stakeholders, IT teams, and cybersecurity subject matter experts to obtain information and resolve security concerns
