What you'll do

• Support the IT Operations Office Lead in ensuring all Infrastructure products are known, documented and within budget for all support functions for both BAU and projects
• Coordinate and curate content for senior leadership meetings, strategic planning, audit actions and governance
• Ensure governance and auditing requirements are met (program status reporting, risk reporting for audit purposes
• Work with peers and stakeholders to ensure processes and procedures are relevant and effective, driving change if appropriate
• Work with IT Operational leaders to conduct high-level current state assessment and gap analysis of exisiting service, processes and procedures
