About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-forward professional to join the Bangalore Hub team. This role bridges strategic communications, event leadership, digital engagement, and operational governance. You will serve as a key lead within the Bangalore Hub People Pillar, driving impactful site experiences, amplifying local branding, managing end-to-end operational data, and leveraging AI tools to streamline day-to-day workflows.

What you'll do

• Strategic Communications & Digital Engagement
• Newsletter Curation & Publishing: End-to-end management of hub-wide newsletters–framing narratives, gathering inputs across teams, editing copy
• Townhalls & Site Events
• Townhall & Event Orchestration: Lead the planning, agenda structuring, slide design, logistics, and execution for site Townhalls, Leadership Visits
• Data Handling & AI Integration
