About the role

We're seeking someone to join our Morgan Stanley's Fund Services Technology team as Java Development Lead in Institutional Securities Technology division. Role in MSGR Tech team is responsible for the design and development of Java-based applications.

What you'll do

Responsible for the design and development of Java-based applications
Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable reporting and analytics solutions for a greenfield project, including build-vs-buy analysis and POCs
Architect solutions using Java, Angular, and related technologies, adhering to SDLC best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives
Drive adoption of GenAI and AI-assisted development practices across design, coding, review, and testing
