What is our challenge? To make it easy to integrate our customers’ systems. In order to do this, we need to build and create a SaaS offering that is reliable, stable, and scalable for our customers. What you'll do

• Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant connector integrations and adapters that reliably handle mission-critical business workflows 24x7x365
• Architect distributed microservices following cloud-native design patterns (circuit breakers, bulkheads, observability, etc.) for multi-tenant SaaS environments
• Build and optimize data pipelines handling multiple protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, webhooks) and communication patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven)
• Drive technical decisions on critical subsystems; contribute to RFCs and architectural reviews; mentor junior engineers on system design principles
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing; own the operational health and observability of deployed systems
