Junior Research Scientist CDMO

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Research Scientist with 2–4 years of experience in organic synthesis and process R&D. The candidate will be responsible for executing laboratory experiments, developing synthetic routes, optimizing chemical processes, and supporting technology transfer for custom synthesis projects.

What you'll do

• Execute multi-step organic synthesis for customer projects
• Perform route scouting, reaction optimization, impurity profiling, and process development
• Develop scalable and cost-effective synthetic routes
• Handle reactions from milligram to kilogram scale
• Analyze reaction progress using HPLC, GC, TLC, LC-MS, NMR, and other analytical techniques

What you need

• 2–4 years in data science & ai
• Research
• HPLC
• IPR
• GMP
• GLP
• SOP writing
• M.Sc or M.Pharm
