Kinaxis Program Manager

About the role

The role provides leadership in identifying system gaps, prioritizing enhancement opportunities, managing issue resolution, and enabling planners to maximize the value of the Kinaxis platform.

What you'll do

• Serve as the FPP Kinaxis Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), providing business ownership, support
• Own the intake, prioritization, communication, and resolution of Kinaxis break-fix issues, partnering with DT, IT
• Lead continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing system enhancements that improve planning quality, automation, efficiency
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Kinaxis reporting and analytics that enable business decision-making, including reports and dashboards for SRF changes, capacity gaps
• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions, managing the Kinaxis enhancement backlog and ensuring planning processes, business rules

What you need
