L3 Java Support Consultant

About the role

Investigate and drive support resolution with senior internal clients and stakeholders. Serve as point of escalation for support issues. Manage the day to day operations of the teams and ensures SLOS and customer service levels are met. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

What you'll do

• Investigate and drive support resolution with senior internal clients and stakeholders. Serve as point of escalation for support issues
• Manage the day to day operations of the teams and ensures SLOS and customer service levels are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed
• Manage escalations and incidents – directing the team and updating stakeholders. Able to ‘dive in’ to resolve issues
• Managing staff rotas schedules and vacation planning
