Laundry Executive

About the role

Records guests and staff laundry lists accurately Check all laundry machinery to ensure that all filters are cleaned regularly and press covers are in good condition; report any machine defects to Engineering Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

What you'll do

• Conduct daily briefings, supervise and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations
• Ensure all guest requests are promptly attended to
• Process all departmental paperwork
• Ensure that team members are using laundry equipment properly and keeping them in good condition
• Keep a strict control and record of items sent for laundering by staff members

What you need

• 2–5 years in hotels, food & travel
• Any graduate
