Lead Analyst

About the role

The BX India Fund Captain support team ensures accurate and timely execution across Investment Operations which includes oversee processing issue escalations, ensures accurate reconciliations, timely reporting, smooth onboarding of funds/entities, and proper documentation storage to meet compliance and audit standards.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with Fund Captains in driving consistency, sharing of best practices, and governance
• Provide in timezone oversight of Fund Support COE and sign offs where appropriate
• Own initial escalation point for reconciliation issues from BX India recon managers; ensure daily completion within SLAs
• Confirms that there are no proof differences, monitors for match performance, review material breaks, drive progress and daily oversight
• Recommend process enhancements, partner with BX India recon managers and Fund Support teams

• PowerPoint
• Financial reporting
• Any graduate
