About the role

To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

What you'll do

Design and develop new tools as per the clientâs requirements and/ customize the existing tools
Lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices
Prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation
Coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders
Support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship
