About the role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The candidate will work closely with business, Salesforce, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective marketing automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions
- Develop and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio solutions
- Design and implement complex customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation, audience creation, and campaign execution
- Work extensively with AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic content and personalized communications
