Lead Continuous Improvement at Eaton. The CI Specialist (SB08) within the Quality Team, GSC CoE, is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving enterprise-wide continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • The CI Specialist (SB08) within the Quality Team, GSC CoE, is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving enterprise-wide continuous improvement
  • Operating at the SB08 level, the incumbent is expected to deliver transformational—not merely incremental—outcomes: influencing senior leaders
  • Thinks beyond immediate operational requirements and identifies long-term improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy
  • Develops and executes multi-year quality excellence and continuous improvement roadmaps
  • Anticipates future business challenges and proactively develops mitigation and improvement strategies
