Lead Developer - React

About the role

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review guidance to frontend development teams
• Drive frontend architecture and design decisions focused on scalability, performance, maintainability, accessibility, and security
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Backend Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
