Lead Dispatch

About the role

The Senior Executive / Deputy Manager - Dispatch will lead end-to-end dispatch and plant logistics operations for stamped and sheet metal components. This role is responsible for ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries, rigorous inventory tracking, statutory documentation compliance, and seamless logistics coordination.

What you'll do

• Dispatch & Logistics Operations Formulate and execute daily dispatch schedules mapped against production output and customer delivery matrices
• Ensure timely shipment of finished press shop parts to OEM customers, assembly plants, or regional warehouses
• Partner with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement, optimized route planning, and competitive freight cost negotiation
• Track daily logistics metrics to meet strict corporate OTIF delivery targets
• Oversee packing, barcoding, and labeling lines to guarantee compliance with specific customer packaging blueprints

• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
