About the role

To verify and lead the payroll process, reimbursement / claim processing, lead accounting and reporting and to ensure the implementation of automation plan, SOPs and RCMs.

What you'll do

• Agree To Work Schedules And Payroll Calendars With Payroll Service Providers Including Data Provisioning Templates For Payroll Processing
• Assist In Audits (Annual/Quarter/Government And Authority Etc.)
• Drive Automations And Execution Of The Plan
• Ensure Adherence Of Sops And Rcms, Implement New Process/ Policy Changes And To Handle Employee Escalations
• Ensure Sla Adherence For Claim Processing, Advances & Payments, Verification Of Full And Final Settlements

What you need

• 6–10 years in civil & construction
• Safety management
• SOP writing
• SAP
• MIS reporting
• Financial statements
• Statutory audit
• Any graduate

• Tax audit
• Bookkeeping
