Lead Electrical Engineer II

About the role

This Lead Electrical Engineer position is responsible for supporting the development, production, and continuous improvement of our products by driving design enhancements, ensuring manufacturability, and maintaining supply chain continuity. The role includes developing and validating electronic hardware and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the development, production, and continuous improvement of our products by driving design enhancements, ensuring manufacturability
• Implement design changes to improve manufacturability, ensure supply chain, continuity, and enhance product reliability and cost-effectiveness
• Drive the transition of products from development to full-scale manufacturing, with a focus on DFx principles
• Conduct and supervise testing of components and systems using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, probes, analyzers, and power supplies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards by managing internal and third-party testing activities
