• The Lead CAE Analyst is responsible for performing advanced crashworthiness and NVH simulations for automotive seating systems using LS-DYNA and OptiStruct
• The role focuses on ensuring compliance with global safety regulations, supporting product development through simulation-driven design optimization
• Prepares design modifications as required
