Lead Engineer- Cockpit

About the role

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for supporting the PL/PE/DE to ensure service is delivered of cockpit and Console. This role is highly demanding as the role as the LE needs to manage technical delivery and ensure design issues are resolved. LE will have to work closely with the ML/DE, Customers to ensure service delivery is achieved.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the PL/PE/DE to ensure service is delivered of cockpit and Console
• Track change management and highlight and CM opportunities to PM
• Plan, Define, inherit technical best practices, lessons learnt, design/engineering principles into design delivery
• Provide inputs and validate component delivery plans w.r.t DFMEA/DVP
• Provide benchmarking inputs into design/development of parts/system
