Lead Engineer - Java & React/Next.js

About the role

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the technical strategy, design, and delivery of core Customer Account Management applications that support enterprise customer lifecycle and data management capabilities. You will be responsible for building and modernizing scalable software solutions — including backend services, APIs, and customer-facing front-end components — designed for performance, reliability, and cloud-native scalability.
