Lead Engineer - Project Management

About the role

In this role, you will lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and drive successful project outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, and risk plans
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage communication with internal teams like Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Service
• Conduct regular project reviews, status updates, and customer presentations

What you need
