Lead I - Data Engineering

About the role

Design and develop cloud-native data pipelines and integration components on AWS with Snowflake as the core data platform. Implement ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows (batch/stream) supporting analytics and intelligent automation. Write clean, testable, production-grade code and SQL; perform unit/integration testing, code reviews, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Design and develop cloud-native data pipelines and integration components on AWS with Snowflake as the core data platform
• Implement ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows (batch/stream) supporting analytics and intelligent automation
• Write clean, testable, production-grade code and SQL; perform unit/integration testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Collaborate with product, data, security, QA, and operations teams to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver against milestones
• Ensure solutions meet healthcare-grade security, privacy, and compliance needs (access controls, encryption, auditability, HIPAA-aware practices)
