About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS , and modern full-stack development practices.

What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects
