What you'll do

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and FSO
  • Develop Flow Designer flows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub integrations , and other automation solutions
  • Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate with architects and development teams to follow ServiceNow best practices and optimize platform performance
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solution quality and maintainability
