Lead Operational Risk

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Operational Risk professional to lead and strengthen the organization’s risk management framework. This role will drive risk strategy, governance, and oversight across business functions, ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. The incumbent will act as a key risk partner to senior leadership, with high visibility and impact across the organization.

What you'll do

• Risk Identification, Risk Monitoring, Reporting & Assessment
• Identify operational risks across business units including trading, custody, AIF, and wealth operations
• Lead and drive Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across functions
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk registers and heat maps
• Define and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and ensure timely escalation of breaches

What you need

• 7–15 years in finance, audit & banking
• Operational risk
• Internal audit
• SEBI regulations
• MIS reporting

• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
