What you'll do

• Responsible for diagnosing technical issues, recommending preventive actions, and much more
• Defining troubleshooting methodologies and providing technical guidance to technicians
• Driving issue resolution through 8D methodology and collaborating with internal and external suppliers
• Ensuring the completeness and quality of failure/event data for reliability analysis
• Supporting technical reviews and the implementation of field modifications

What you need

• 7–12 years in software engineering
• SAP
• Root cause analysis
• Safety management
• B.Tech or B.E.
