About the role

Develop, review, and maintain Control Plan and PFMEA in line with process changes and engineering revisions. Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as per the defined audit schedule and close findings within the timeline. Monitor process capability (Cpk/Ppk) and SPC charts for critical/special characteristics; escalate out-of-control conditions.

What you'll do

• Develop, review, and maintain Control Plan and PFMEA in line with process changes and engineering revisions
• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as per the defined audit schedule and close findings within the timeline
• Monitor process capability (Cpk/Ppk) and SPC charts for critical/special characteristics; escalate out-of-control conditions
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (8D) for internal non-conformances and customer complaints
• Coordinate containment actions and effectiveness verification for process-related non-conformances
