About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support resource management, project governance, compliance tracking, financial monitoring, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective resource allocation, maintaining governance reports, driving timesheet compliance, supporting financial tracking, and enabling seamless coordination between delivery teams, finance, and client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Resource Management Manage and track open resource requirements and coordinate with recruitment/resource management teams for timely fulfillment
• Monitor position closure status and maintain resource demand trackers
• Process and track resource allocation and allocation extension requests
• Maintain accurate resource allocation records in organizational systems
• Support resource upgrades, rotations, and deployment planning across projects

What you need

• 6–10 years in finance, audit & banking
• Reporting
• Compliance
• Any graduate
