Lead Security Analyst - Ping Advanced Identity Cloud

About the role

The Lead Security Analyst should work as a technical SME/Lead for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are: Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks, Support Program, Project status updates with respect to the Access Management (CIAM, Workforce) operations workstream.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, solution design, implement, test and deploy
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
• Identify manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintain knowledge repository – Runbook, Playbook, Architecture/Design and SOP documents
• Mentor and guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for CIAM workstream

What you need

• 8–12 years in cybersecurity
• IAM
• SOP writing
• JavaScript
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
