Lead Security Engineer (Privileged Access Management )

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our Identity Management team. In this mission-critical role, you will provide technical leadership for the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise PAM capabilities that secure privileged access across on-premises infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and multi-cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for the IAM PAM engineering function, driving architecture, engineering standards
• Engage with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
• Lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of privileged access management solutions, including enterprise vaults, secrets management
• Work within an agile environment to define requirements, prioritize work, manage technical dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of PAM capabilities
• Develop and oversee automation, integrations, and self-service capabilities that improve security posture and operational efficiency
