Lead Software Engineer

About the role

This role is responsible for tackling complex, ambiguous problems that span multiple teams, designing and leading large-scale initiatives, and setting high standards for technical excellence and collaboration across the organisation along with standard people management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Technical Leadership & Innovation
• Design and lead implementation of technical solutions spanning multiple teams
• Serve as a leading voice in cross-cutting concerns (security, performance, scalability, observability)
• Author technical strategy documents for multi-team initiatives
• Drive architectural consistency and best practices across your domain
