Lead Software Engineer – Workday Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Manager to lead the implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday Financial Management platform. This role serves as a key partner to Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Internal Audit, and IT teams, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Serve as the functional and technical lead for Workday Financials
• Manage and support Workday Financial Management modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement
• Configure and maintain Financial Data Model (FDM), business processes, security, and accounting posting rules
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
• System Enhancement & Release Management
