Lead Solution Architect

About the role

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass platforms, leading business analysis activities, supporting global transformation programs, and driving operational excellence through process optimization and digitalization.

What you'll do

• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and business priorities
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process design discussions to identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Support business case development and provide solution recommendations aligned with organizational goals
