We are looking for an experienced Lead Specialist - Accounts Controller to join our growing Mumbai team. What you'll do

• Make an impact What You'll Do As a Lead Specialist, you will: Manage and service a portfolio of client and reinsurer accounts across multiple geographies
• Act as the primary contact for payment, collection, and settlement-related matters
• Ensure timely collection and disbursement of funds while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
• Monitor debtor positions, reconcile accounts, and proactively resolve outstanding issues
• Partner with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen financial relationships
