Lead Technical Product Manager, ITC

About the role

As the lead technical program manager for indirect procurement, you will own the end-to-end program strategy for Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions and coach TPMs who execute roadmaps for individual product areas. Successful delivery and operational excellence in this role depend on close collaboration with:

What you'll do

• Lead portfolio-level prioritization with procurement, finance, and technology leaders—balancing demand, risk, cost
• Translate strategic intent into phased delivery plans, success metrics, and well-scoped backlogs, guiding teams on out-of-the-box SaaS use versus justified extensions
• Mentor and develop TPMs and senior engineers on delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and program governance
• Establish program health metrics, release readiness criteria, and escalation paths so teams deliver predictably across regions
• Anticipate regulatory, audit, and operational needs (e.g., SOX, data residency, vendor SLAs) and embed them in roadmap planning
