What you'll do

Lead the delivery of technical and product training programs across internal and external audiences
Develop and maintain technical training content, learning materials, and assessments
Act as a subject matter expert for Frauscher products and allied railway signaling solutions
Support customer engagement, competency development, and knowledge management initiatives through Frauscher Academy
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs
