What you'll do

• Collaborate with global teams responsible across the enterprise for safely, reliably and efficiently executing all Wells activities
• Provide engineering modelling for drilling and completions operations using industry standard software packages
• Utilize data, KPIs, and analysis tools to identify opportunities to improve execution practices, transferring these into actionable items for rig teams
• Conduct lookbacks and benchmarking analysis using internal and external data sources to identify trends and competitive performance analysis
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in digital teams, assets, and central functions to ensure data quality, utilizing analytical tools to report metrics/performance

What you need

• 10–18 years in electrical & electronics
• B.Tech or B.E.
