Talent Development- Instruction Design - Learning Delivery Instruction

What you'll do

• Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects
• Develop understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research
• Develop course outlines and storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools
• Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives
• Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the design prior to sending to supervisor for review

What you need

• 5–8 years in data & business analytics
• Curriculum development
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
