LIDS Dimensional systems Engineer

About the role

Leading program teams of Engineers to deliver effective use of Virtual and Physical tools and properties to support the development and validation of design from concept to launch stages. Drive and support design systems meetings to achieve the dimensionally optimized design. Actively supporting the cross functional team on daily basis for all dimensional management issues.

What you'll do

• Leading program teams of Engineers to deliver effective use of Virtual and Physical tools and properties to support the development and validation of design from concept…
• Drive and support design systems meetings to achieve the dimensionally optimized design
• Guide and support DVA engineers for day-to-day tolerance analysis issues such as CDVR analysis, Measurement data analysis, statistics and functional measurements
• Lead Engineering, Process and Perceived Quality and Supplier teams with Build Process selection and improvement plans
• Support Prototype and Launch activities developing root cause analysis, control plans and handover documentation as required to support Production ramp up

What you need

• 5–10 years in software engineering
• Design systems
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
