About the role

As a TPP Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret punch press machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams, supporting machine operations, quality inspections, and continuous improvement plans in a shopfloor environment.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain TPP (Turret Punch Press) machines to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime
• Perform machine maintenance activities including lubrication, daily checklists, and tool/die management
• Conduct First Piece, in-process, and Last Piece inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
• Implement machine programmes using G-codes and M-codes and coordinate with programmers for tool setup and process requirements
• Maintain 5S standards, workplace organisation, and ensure safety compliance using PPE and standard guidelines
