What you'll do

• Leading the development and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Cowork
• Managing delivery teams and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement
• Engaging with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into structured use cases and solution designs
• Configuring agents, prompts, knowledge sources, actions, workflows, and integrations using APIs and connectors
• Extending solutions with targeted custom code and systematically testing and troubleshooting end-to-end functionality
