What you'll do

  • Be highly hands-on and drive the design, architecture, development, evolution, delivery and adoption of one or more AI products
  • Lead and develop high performing engineering teams including Staff and Senior Engineers
  • Shape the product vision, technology roadmap, and engineering strategy for AI products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Cloud, Architecture, and Customer teams to deliver high impact, end-to-end capabilities
  • Champion best practices across the software development lifecycle, including code quality, documentation, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production excellence
